Immediately they failed to run this game and finally Microsoft gave more information about the problem they were acting on.

"After installing KB5023774 or later updates, Red Dead Redemption 2 might not open. When attempting to open it from the Rockstar Games Launcher by selecting the "Play" button, it will switch to "Loading", but Red Dead Redemption 2 might not open, and the button will revert to "Play"." Microsoft explained.

Microsoft is now doing their investigative steps to fix this problem, for now Microsoft also provides some steps to deal with the problem that is being felt by Windows 11 21H2 users, see their explanation below.

"To mitigate this issue, you can upgrade to Windows 11, version 22H2. If you are interested in moving to Windows 11, version 22H2, open Windows Update settings and select Check for updates. If your device is ready, you will see the option to Download and install." Microsoft responded to the problems faced by most Windows 11 21H2 users.

The problem found by most RDR 2 users is only felt by those who use Windows 11 version 21H2 only, which has updated Build OS to 22000.1761 or KB5023774. Therefore, Microsoft recommends upgrading to version 22H2 to resolve the issue.
